**This year the GLS Estonia leadership conference takes place on 15–16 November at Kultuurikatel in Tallinn. We have picked 3 speakers we definitely recommend hearing at this year’s conference:**

**Patrick Lencioni**

Patrick Lencioni is the author of one of our favourite books, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”. His books have sold more than 5 million copies in 30 languages. Over the last 15 years he has spoken to millions of people, sharing his ideas on leadership, organisational change, teamwork and business culture. As a management consultant, he has worked with top executives of Fortune 500 companies and technology start-ups, as well as with universities and non-profits. At the conference he will share his thoughts on leadership and, hopefully, introduce his next book.

**Jia Jiang**

Jia Jiang is a rejection expert. He is the founder and CEO of Wuju Learning, whose aim is to help organisations and employees become fearless. When he started out in business, Jia Jiang’s biggest stumbling block was rejection. To overcome his fear of rejection, he started a video blog in which he faced rejection for 100 days. That journey opened up a world where rejections are advantages rather than setbacks, and where every rejection creates opportunities. Today Jia Jiang helps companies and leaders let go of their fears and runs trainings on how to turn rejections to your advantage. He has also written a book about his journey – “Rejection Proof: How I Beat Fear and Became Invincible, One Rejection at a Time”.

**Jason Dorsey**

Jason Dorsey researches and solves challenges between generations. He wrote his first _bestseller_ at only 18, and he has now spoken about generational differences at more than 1,000 events. His talks bring generations together, helping people understand the differences of Generations Y and Z and how they affect today’s business world. He is also president of _The Center for Generational Kinetics_, an organisation that studies differences between generations.
