# Developmental feedback training

For leaders who want to sharpen their skills in giving feedback and holding developmental conversations.

The training refreshes leaders’ knowledge of developmental feedback and gives practical skills so that conversations are effective and help people grow.

Leaders at all levels are welcome. The training also supports leaders in holding the upcoming annual performance reviews.

## After the training, leaders have:
