Coaching

## Coaching helps.

To create clarity and set focus, raise self-awareness and confidence, and develop communication skills.

    ### 1:1 coaching
    
    A personal programme for developing leadership skills in everyday work, supporting personal growth hand in hand with work goals.
    
2.  02
    
    ### Group coaching
    
    A small group where you can put your goals into words together with others and find support for them. For example, the Inner compass development journey.

    ### Supervision for HR managers
    
    A standing group of 6–8 HR managers who meet every two months for 3 hours to discuss cases and find new inspiration.

    ### Methods
    
    Our coaches are trained in process work, the solution-focused approach, systemic therapy and psychodrama, and choose the right approach together with you.
