    A qualified mental health specialist who is a neutral party in the company and supports employees in confidential 1:1 meetings.

    ### MBSR course
    
    The most researched mindfulness-based stress reduction programme in the world: 8 sessions and one practice day. Can also be ordered for your company.

    ### Stress management workshops
    
    Four weekly online sessions: mindful breathing, self-acceptance, coping with difficult emotions, forgiveness and gratitude.

    ### PAUSE workshop
    
    A 1.5-hour workshop on why the brain needs a pause and what kind of pause really helps. For 10–40 people, on site or virtually.
