    ### Team coaching
    
    Developing cooperation and building trust, bringing out team members’ strengths and addressing the topics that have caused tension.

    ### Resolving conflicts
    
    Making sense of the conflict, sharing information and creating clarity, managing emotions and mediating communication between the parties.

    ### Conflict counsellor
    
    A neutral, professionally trained external counsellor: individual support, mediating conflict between two people or across the whole team.

    ### Supervision
    
    Regular support for a work group or team in moving towards its goals through structured analysis of cases and learning from them.
