Nothing is more constant than change. Uncertainty and insecurity demand that people adapt every day and cope with stress and overload. As an HR manager, your role in supporting people and teams is invaluable, but we often get to ourselves last.
Where do you, as a professional, get support? When did you last take time to talk through your biggest challenges with someone?
Join a first supervision session, after which you can decide whether you want to continue in the standing group. A supervisor moderates the meetings so you can focus on yourself.
01
A supervision group gives you the chance to
- take time for yourself regularly
- work on topics and cases that matter to you and your work

- support your emotional resilience and prevent burnout
02
In the group you can work on
- broadening your knowledge and worldview: books, articles, research, tools and parallels with other fields
