At this year’s conference we heard talks and discussed a wide range of topics, from the differences between generations to how and why we should embrace what makes us different.
We were surprised by the consistently high level of the speakers – usually there have been one or two top performers and then a lot of empty ground. The table discussions were exciting and could have lasted longer than the format of the event allowed. We were reassured of the quality of speakers we already knew (e.g. Lencioni and Dorsey), but we also found many new leaders and thinkers whose experience we would like to learn more from, e.g. Craig Groeschel, Chris Voss and Todd Henry.
